1. Returns
You can request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.
Wrong Item Received
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products such as Headphones, Screen Card, Pen drive , Motherboard ,Ram, SSD or items damaged after delivery are not eligible for return unless defective.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping cost, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item sent).
When will I get my order?

Use the tracking number – Go to the courier’s website (e.g., FedEx, DHL, India Post) and enter the tracking number to see the current status.
Contact the store – If you don’t have tracking info, reach out to your store’s customer support via email, chat, or phone. They can give you the exact delivery estimate.
How much does shipping cost?
